Shipping and Delivery Policy

Once the orders are placed [www.pinkstoryjewellery.com] will take 24hrs to confirm the order. Once the order has been confirmed, a confirmation email  will be sent within 24 hrs in the given contact details by you.

We will be using only Indian post to ship your products, where in the tracking number will be sent to your registered email id or mobile no. from where you can track your package details.

The Orders delivered & accepted by the customer are non-refundable.

In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately within 24hrs.

 Shipping

WE OFFER  SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA  Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.

General Scenario
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be canceled. www.pinkstoryjewellery.com has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.pinkstoryjewellery.com and accept www.pinkstoryjewellery.com decision regarding the cancellation.


If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by M/S PINK STORY  JEWELLERY for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

We do not have the CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION. We only dispatch products once we receive the payment.
