Refund Policy

Once the orders are placed [www.pinkstoryjewellery.com] will take 24hrs to confirm the order. Once the order has been confirmed, a confirmation email  will be sent within 24 hrs in the given contact details by you.

We will be using only Indian post to ship your products, where in the tracking number will be sent to your registered email id or mobile no. from where you can track your package details.

The Orders delivered & accepted by the customer are non-refundable.

In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately within 24hrs.

Refunds Policy

The refund will be initiated in the following cases:

  1. If the received product is damaged for which a proof is needed by sending a video in the Email id: pinkstoryjewellery@gmail.com
  2. How to claim damaged product on arrival?

    Opening video is required in case of any damage or wrong or missing items. Issue must be clear in the video without any pause or cuts. Without unboxing video no complaints will be considered.

  3. If the product received is not the same as the ordered product.

In any of the above mentioned conditions, the complaint has to be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with appropriate proof.

We will initiate a refund to your debit /credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
